What day should I RSVP by?
August 13, 2025.
However, if you are booking a hotel under our group booking, rooms are only being held until July 29, 2025
Is the Ceremony and Reception at the same Venue?
Yes - All events will take place at The Hummingbird Barn Venue. www.thehummingbirderin.com
What parking and transportation options are available?
The Venue will have plenty of parking for all of our guests. You are welcome to leave your vehicles overnight, however, they must be picked up between 10:00am and Noon the following day.
For transportation - Uber does service this area and each surrounding town/city has their own local taxi services. The venue will also have a list of local taxi services posted.
What happens if it rains?
We are hoping for a beautiful day and outdoor ceremony, however, the venue has a beautiful indoor space available in the barn should mother nature have her own plans.
What should I bring?
September weather can be unpredictable and a barn is somewhat subject to outdoor temperatures, it may be a good idea to have a sweater on hand.
